Anti Bullying Week at BLTC

10th Nov 2023

Odd Socks Day and Poster

The BLTC Junior Leadership Team are wanting to promote Anti Bullying Week within the club.

This runs from Monday 13th - Friday 17th November.

Firstly on Friday evening (17th November) “ALL” Junior sessions will be asked to wear a pair of odd socks to training.

We will be taking some pictures of all the odd socks which will be on display.

Throughout the anti bullying week we would like you to -

Design your own BLTC Odd Sock to promote Anti Bullying Week (Template attached below) -

Make the design unique to you, using your favourite colours, symbols and patterns. You could work with a partner and do an odd sock swap, so they have one of yours and you have one of theirs.

We would love for the sock to have a tennis theme, to link it to the club.

Possibly you could include some words or short phrases within the sock which should be used to promote kindness within our junior club. Think about ways we should treat others respectfully.

The club would love as many submissions as possible. We want to make an odd sock pic collage for our website and social media pages.

There are some great junior artists in our club, so it would be great to showcase their talents with the odd sock.

If you could scan your odd sock picture and email it to Barry - BLTCheadcoach@outlook.com
